Who we are ?
Shri Kalyan Seva Sansthan (SKSS) is a registered Non-Governmental Organization (NGO) dedicated to the holistic upliftment of Phulia Kalan village and the surrounding region in Rajasthan. We believe in a multi-pronged approach to development, focusing on Education, Sports, Community Hygiene, and Skill Development.
What makes us unique is our root-level connection: all members of SKSS hail from the village itself, bringing together diverse experiences from social service, business, agriculture, academics, and public life.

Our Core Interventions
1. Education & Sports (Project CASE)
Flagship Project: CASE is our primary initiative designed to transform government school infrastructure.
Goal: Providing international-standard education and sports facilities (like FIH-approved turf) to government school students.
Impact: Bridging the gap between rural talent and global opportunities.
2. Community Hygiene
We manage a comprehensive Waste Management system covering 50 nearby villages.
Our focus is on creating a clean, disease-free environment through systematic waste disposal and awareness.
3. Skill Development
Establishment of an Academy for Multi-Disciplinary Skills.
Empowering youth with vocational training to ensure employability and entrepreneurship within the region.
